Cookie Policy

This policy lists every cookie Automationor actually sets, what each one does, and how long it lives. The short version: we use only the cookies the site needs to work, one affiliate-attribution cookie, and the cookies our payment processor requires — no advertising and no analytics trackers.
1. What cookies are & scope
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember you between requests — staying signed in, protecting forms, remembering which affiliate invited you. This policy covers automationor.com and our subdomains (such as the publisher panel), is issued by Lumina Energy Consultancy LLC (the operator of Automationor), and applies together with our Privacy Policy.
2. How we use cookies
We set two kinds of cookies: strictly necessary cookies, without which signing in, submitting forms and paying wouldn't work, and one attribution cookie that credits the affiliate who invited you. None of our cookies build a browsing profile, follow you to other sites, or serve advertising.

4. Third-party cookies
Payments (Stripe). Our checkout is embedded on-page and
powered by Stripe. When a payment form loads, Stripe's script sets its own
fraud-prevention cookies on our site — __stripe_mid
(about 1 year) and __stripe_sid
(about 30 minutes) — which help Stripe detect stolen cards and abuse. They are
required for paying and are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Community forum. If you use our community at community.automationor.com, the forum sets its own sign-in session cookies (shared across our domain for single sign-on). They appear only when you actually visit the forum.
5. Similar technologies
Our chat uses short-lived connection tokens that are embedded in the page for a few minutes and never stored in your browser. Session contents themselves live server-side on our own infrastructure — the cookie holds only an identifier. We do not store tracking data in localStorage.
6. What we don't use
- No analytics cookies (no Google Analytics or similar — we measure usage through our own server-side logs, and count affiliate-link visits in daily aggregate by referring website and page, campaign tag, landing-page type and country, with no visitor records and no IP addresses stored).
- No advertising or retargeting cookies, pixels or beacons.
- No cross-site tracking and no fingerprinting.
This is also why you don't see a cookie consent banner here: every cookie we set is either strictly necessary or tied to an action you chose (ticking "Remember me", following an affiliate link, opening a payment form) — there are no optional trackers to consent to.
7. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so browser signals like Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing further to switch off — the preference they express is already our default for every visitor.
8. Managing cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser's settings at any
time. The consequences depend on the cookie: blocking the session or security
cookies prevents signing in and submitting forms; blocking Stripe's cookies can
make payments fail; blocking aff_ref
only affects affiliate crediting; and simply not ticking "Remember me" keeps the
long-lived login cookie from ever being set.
