Automationor is a marketplace of three kinds of listings, all published by an independent community: automations (ready-to-run workflows you trigger from a simple form), HTML apps (apps and games hosted here and played in your browser) and freelance works (work delivered by a real person, like design or consulting). Depending on the listing you can use it free, buy it once, subscribe, or pay per run.

No — browsing every listing is free and open. You need a free account (with a verified email) to run automations, enter most apps, buy, order services or message a publisher. Some free apps are open to guests when their publisher allows it.

Nothing. Creating an account is free and there is no membership fee — you only pay for the listings you choose to buy. Publishing is free as well; the platform keeps a commission on sales instead.

Each listing uses one of four models: Free; Buy once — a single payment that keeps your access; Subscription — a recurring price per week, month, year or a custom cycle, sometimes with a run limit per billing period; or Pay per run — each run or play uses one prepaid credit. The price and model are always shown on the listing page before you commit.

If your wallet balance covers the price it is used first; otherwise you pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout. Everything you own is listed on your Purchases page.

A prepaid balance you top up by card (from $5.00) on your Wallet page. It pays for purchases, per-run credits and service orders, and every movement — top-ups, spending, refunds — is recorded in a ledger you can review there.

Some paid listings let you try before you buy: either a number of free runs or a number of free days. The trial starts the first time you use the listing, and only successful runs count against it.

Some subscriptions cap how many successful runs or plays you get per billing period. The counter resets at the start of every new period, and failed runs never count against it.

You are not charged for failures: a per-run credit is returned to your wallet automatically, and a failed run doesn't count against a subscription quota or a trial.

Failed per-run credits come back automatically. If something you bought doesn't work or isn't as described, open an appeal from the purchase — describe the problem and attach evidence, and the team reviews it; an upheld appeal refunds you. You can also open a support ticket any time.

Open the listing, press Run this automation, fill in the short form the publisher defined and submit. Your run is queued and executed, and the results appear on your My Runs page — you also get an email when it finishes or fails.

Most runs finish in seconds to minutes, but every automation has limits its publisher sets: a maximum run time (site default 60 minutes) and a maximum queue wait (site default 24 hours). The listing's Details section shows the limits that apply; a run that exceeds them is marked failed — and paid credits are refunded.

A real run captured by the publisher — the actual input they sent and the actual output that came back, not a mock-up. Publishers must capture a successful test run before an automation can go live.

Automations that fail too often are automatically demoted and paused for new runs until they are reliable again. This protects you from paying into a broken workflow; the flag clears on its own once the automation recovers.

Apps and games uploaded by publishers and hosted here. You launch them straight in your browser inside a sandboxed player — nothing to install, and the sandbox keeps the app isolated from your account and data.

Only when the app is free and its publisher opened it to guests — those show a "No sign-in needed" note. Every other app asks you to sign in when you press Enter app.

Entering a pay-per-play app uses one credit from your wallet, and subscription apps count the entry toward your period's quota. A buy-once app is yours — enter as often as you like.

Work delivered by a real person — design, copywriting, data work, consulting and more — offered in tiered packages like on freelancer marketplaces. Each package states its price, delivery time in days and how many revisions are included.

Pick a package, fill in the service's order form and pay. The freelancer delivers through the service's delivery form; you then accept the delivery or request a revision (as many as your package includes). Your orders live on your My Orders page.

Every service defines exactly what you send and exactly what you get back, with a filled-in sample shown on the listing page. That removes the endless back-and-forth of classic freelancing: the freelancer gets everything needed up front, and you know precisely what the delivery will contain.

Yes — your payment is held rather than handed over immediately. The freelancer's earning is only released after you accept the delivery (or the protection window passes), and if something goes wrong you still have revisions, support and the appeal process.

Automations (built on n8n, Zapier or Make.com and connected by webhook, or a standalone app on your own server), HTML apps (upload a file or archive and we host it) and freelance works (your freelance offering with packages and strict order forms).

Build your workflow on n8n, Zapier or Make.com starting from a webhook trigger, then paste that webhook URL into your automation here. Every time a buyer runs it, we POST their form input to your webhook; your workflow does the work and returns the results — either in its direct response or by calling our callback API when it finishes. The required test run verifies the whole wiring end to end before you publish; the exact request and callback format is shown next to the URL field and in the documentation.

Yes. The binding is just a webhook, so anything reachable over HTTPS works: a self-hosted n8n instance, a script, or a standalone app running on your own servers. Accept our run POST (the buyer's form input as JSON), do the work, and reply directly or send the results to our callback API when the job completes — the same contract the hosted platforms use.

Before an automation goes live you run one real test through your webhook and capture it as the reference. It proves the workflow works and becomes the public "Example" buyers see. You can always save as a draft and capture the test later.

New listings go through moderation before they appear in the catalog. If yours is rejected you see the exact reason in the edit form — fix it and save to resubmit.

You keep 75–85% of every sale; the platform keeps a 15–25% commission. Earnings accumulate in your wallet and are itemised per sale.

Each earning becomes withdrawable after a 1-hour objection window, counted from the moment the sale completes: the end of the paid subscription period, the run's completion, or the one-time sale. Connect a payout account through Stripe from your Wallet, then withdraw any matured amount from $1.00.

Yes. A publish window lets you schedule when a listing goes live and when it expires, and a private listing stays out of the catalog and search entirely — only people with the direct link can open it.

Verification is required before you can run automations, enter gated apps or buy — it keeps the marketplace free of throwaway accounts. The verification link arrives right after you register, and you can re-request it any time.

Through the Message button on their listing or profile. Each publisher chooses who may start a conversation — by default, their customers — and can always reply to existing threads.

Yes — and every account is enrolled automatically, publisher or not. Share your affiliate link — anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you, and you earn a commission on their payments. Your link, sign-ups and earnings live on your affiliate dashboard. Automationor reserves the right to end any affiliate relationship or reward period at any time.
